Institutional Aims related with the Program of
Civic Participation and Incidence:
- Contribute to the formation of citizens who participate
actively and critically in the process of decision making and action
taking to develop properly within their own environment.
- Form educated people with a vision of a united world
and the future, of coexistence and respect for the nature, of just
relations between genders and generations and with a knowledge of
their environment.
- Develop programs of education and training for the
target groups with a focus on sustainable development of genders and
generations.
Mission of the Program “Civic Participation and Incidence”
The Program Civic Participation and Incidence promotes
self-organization and the knowledge and use of laws as tools to put
the duties and rights of the citizens in practice.
Vision of the Program “Civic Participation
and Incidence”
The Program Civic Participation and Incidence is a program that contributes
to the creation of opportunities for the citizens to assume an independent
and critical view of the actions the local or national government or
other players of development take.
Our goals in Civic
Participation are:
- The communal organizations in the territory momentarily attended
by La Cuculmeca will have the capacity to diagnose, prioritize, elaborate
proposals and suggest them in front of the decision makers.
Our goals in
Incidence are:
- Monitor and favor the opportunity to reflect the
tendencies in cooperation and relation between rural development and
competitively.
- Facilitate information to the target groups and actors
in the social sector within the state about international commerce
(trade), the relation between the Plan Nacional de Desarrollo (National
Development Plan) and local plans, as well as the politics, laws that
have a relation with the fields in which La Cuculmeca works: Treaties
of free trade, environment, education, water, production and participation.
- Influence local educational policies, strategic plans
(actualization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation) and the
tendency towards the privatization of water.
